Who we are
Mash Builders Group is a residential general contractor working across Greater Los Angeles. We build kitchens, bathrooms, additions, pools, and hardscaping — and nothing else. No commercial tenant improvements, no ground-up tract work.
That focus is deliberate. Residential remodeling is a job of living in a house while it is being taken apart, and it needs a different kind of crew: one that protects floors, keeps dust contained, sweeps at the end of the day, and tells you before the water goes off.
Every project gets one project manager who is on site, answers the phone, and owns the schedule. When a sub does not show, that is our problem to solve, not yours to chase.
How we price
Estimates are line-item. Allowances for tile, fixtures, and appliances are written out so you can see exactly where your money is assumed to go, and change orders are priced and approved in writing before the work happens.
We would rather lose a bid to a lower number than win one by leaving out the framing repair we already know is behind that wall.

Walkthrough
We visit the house, measure what matters, and talk through what you actually want out of the space.

Scope & Estimate
You get a line-item estimate with allowances spelled out — not a single number with no detail behind it.

Plans & Permits
Drawings, engineering, and plan check when the work needs it. We handle the city so you don't.

Build
One project manager, a posted schedule, protected floors, and a job site that gets swept every day.
05
Walk & Warranty
We walk the finished work with you, close the punch list, and stand behind the workmanship after.
